Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use SiDomino, a dominoes game (Dominican partner dominoes) for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, and its website sidomino.com. SiDomino is run by Leurys Feliz, an individual developer in the United States ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can use SiDomino
You must be 13 or older. Where local law sets a higher age for consent (16 in parts of the EU), you must be that age or have a parent's permission.
Free to play
SiDomino is free. At launch, every feature is free and there are no ads. We may later offer optional paid extras (Premium). If we do, we will never take away what was already free, and those extras will come with their own terms through Apple or Google.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial play. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app.
No betting or gambling
You may not use SiDomino for betting or gambling of any kind, including on the outcome of games played in the app or scored with the Score tab.
Your account
Opening an online table creates a guest account automatically. You can link an email to reach the same account from other devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we keep and why.
Rules for online play and voice chat
When you play online or use voice chat, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten or bully other players
- post or say hateful content, or content that targets people for who they are
- share sexual content
- impersonate another person
- cheat, use bots or automate play
- attack, overload or disrupt our servers
- reverse engineer the app or its servers in order to attack them or other players
You are responsible for who you invite to your table. Share invite links and codes only with people you want to play with.
Display names
Your display name and table name must not be offensive. The server refuses some words. We may remove a name that breaks these rules.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to online features if you abuse them or break these terms. You can stop using SiDomino at any time and delete your account from the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account) or at sidomino.com/delete-account.
Changes to the service
Online features may change or stop. We may update the app, add or remove features, or end the service. Offline play keeps working on your device for as long as your version of the app runs.
No warranty
SiDomino is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent allowed by law. We don't promise that the app or its online features will always be available, free of errors or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of SiDomino. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
App stores
If you got SiDomino from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply: Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, or the Google Play Terms of Service. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, and they have no obligation to provide support for it. These terms are between you and us, not you and Apple or Google.
Our name and logo
The SiDomino name and logo belong to the operator. You may not use them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the operator lives. This doesn't remove any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. For important changes, we will also tell you in the app. If you keep using SiDomino after a change, you accept the new terms.
